How to disable 'dragging eye icons makes you hide/show multiple layers'

I would like to disable the new function that came with the latest update where if I drag the eye icon down it would attempt to hide/show other layers too.
When I work I usually click to hide/show a certain layer(or folder) a lot to see whether what I'm doing is better than the previous layer(or folder) I had been working on and it's been really tilting me when I tried to do that and it just hide the layer(or folder) below too.

4 years agoIt is from the update that a square is displayed in the icon part of the eye.
If you drag the eye icon part down, the dragged layer will be displayed / hidden.
Currently, the function cannot be disabled.

4 years agoSmall rectangle spaces are from the new update,
however I think that hide/show layer icon (eye) behaves the same in older versions.
Click/dragging eye icon of multiple layers will hide/show them , I think that's how it used to be anyways.
I find this useful, whit is contrary what you found.
Perhaps bin a key shortcut to hide/show layer.
That's even faster operation than clicking the icon.- English
