How to program a "fill selected space" like in SAI ? (ctrl + F)

When you use PT SAI, you can fill any space you selected before, or even all the layer if you want, using the command CTRL + F. I've tried to program it before (because it's even more comfy as time-saving to fill all one area with a color pressing commands than go to the bucket option) but I can't find the way to do it.
Does somebody knows how to make it work? Please and thank you.

4 years agoIf it is filled, “Alt + Del” or “Alt + BackSpace” will be assigned.
Check the shortcut list. (You can also add or change any file with File> Shortcut Settings.)
