Clip Studio won't connect to internet

I cannot connect clip studio to the internet. I have tried deleting internet explorer and Microsoft edge's caches. I tried resetting internet explorer and restarting my computer. I even deleted and reinstalled Clip Studio Paint. How do I fix this?
