As with the second question on the page above, there are brushes that you can draw with the mouse but not with the pen.
(The pen pressure and entry / exit are detected with other brushes, but if you change to a specific brush, you will not be able to draw.)

I tried all brush sizes from 100 to 2000, but none of them were drawn with the pen, so I don't think it's possible that they aren't visible due to size issues.

I checked if "Inclination" was checked by referring to the above answer.
・ Brush size
・ Amount of paint
・ Paint concentration
・ Hair concentration
The inclination was not checked in.
Also, even if all the pen pressure is turned off, you can only draw with the mouse.

The environment is
Crysta Pro
PC: Windows
Board tab: wacom (the nib feels in the middle)
is

Also, I am trying to use a "Nikkoral style brush" this time.

Since it can be drawn with a mouse, it is not that it cannot be used, but I thought it was a setting problem, so I asked you a question. Thank you.

There is an item called "Brush Density" in the "Brush Shape" and "Brush Tip" categories in the sub tool details. Is the setting such as pen pressure turned off for that as well? It is a separate item from "opacity".

As Mr. Kisa said, it was just a matter of brush density!
By turning off the pen pressure or setting it to 50 or more, you can draw the line as shown in the sample.
    thank you very much.
