I am using Crysta with ipad pro 10.5 inch.
The pen is an ipad pencil (1st generation) and the system version is 13.6.1.
I used to use it normally before, but suddenly the movement became heavy and I couldn't draw lines well, and even when I pressed the button, there was no response for a while.
It works normally on other apps and normal screens, but I am in trouble because the operation is heavy only for Crysta.
I thought that I saved the work too much on the ipad itself, so I transferred the data to the computer and deleted the work of Crysta on the ipad, but it was still heavy and the countermeasures were exhausted.
How can I get it back to its original state?

3 years agoDo you have any idea that you have registered a lot of sub tools, downloaded a lot of materials, etc.?
Save the workspace, back up the app settings, then start initialization and initialize everything.
After initialization, restart the ipad (power off → power on) and then check the operation again.
