animating a psd figure?

Hi everyone.
I am stuck. I have a psd document I made in CSP it is a psd layered file.(head,torso, etc) parts to make up a full figure.each part on a separate layer.
Now what I would like to do is animate this file in CSP.
I have been trying all morning to bring in this figure and animate it, move the head go to another frame animate the arm and head and so on.
But so far I have failed the only thing close to success was using multiple animation folders but this would take forever or at least a long time.
There has to be a simpler way to do this. (I Hope).

3 years agoMenu Animation> Timeline> Create a new timeline. Set the frame rate and time.
