HELP! Everything suddenly turned gray

Hello. I need help fixing the following: I've been working on a file for a Webtoon (which is rather large). In the middle of drawing, the screen turned dark grey. It is as if I had added a dark tone, but there's no new layer added. See picture below.
Here's what I've tried:
- Closing the app and opening again
- Restarting my computer
- Uninstalling the software and installing it again to the newest version
- Duplicating the file and working on that one instead
The problem remains, and I am out of options. However I noticed I am able to erase the grey area, but it also erases the work I've done so far.
Please help me fix this. I've spent the last 3 days working on this and can't possibly re-do everything again.

3 years agoCheck the bottom of the youth layer saying "ANY ONE WOULD HAVE DONE THE SAME THING" on the layer palette.
I don't know from the content of the question because there is no information that could be the cause
How to find out the cause
Hide layers from top to bottom in the layer palette
I think there is something hidden in the folder or layer when the black noise disappears
