PNG transparency

So i have no idea with this is a bug or a problem with my device, but as of the new recent update (which i am and am not a fan of) the only option in regards to exporting an image to your photo library on an ipad is by clicking “quick share” which HELPS.... for the most part.... until recently because all of a sudden, the image no longer saves as a PNG and its screwing me over because i cant find any other way to save a PNG image directly to my photo library. I use transparency a LOT, so I need help on what to do. If you DARE mention save image i swear you’ve never used an iPad Pro for the love of all things Holy I have tried that numerous times. Let me tell you what that does, it sends the image to my files, and from my files if i save it to my photo library its low quality AND its not transparent -_-

Remove the eye mark on the layer that seems to be the bottom draft to hide it.

Based on the visuals of my canvas compared to the visuals of the layers, the layers are empty, i turned it off just to appease and test it, but to no avail, the same problem occurred. PNG should disregard empty layers anyway, the only layer i had on with ANYTHING on it is the layer with words. I just the color of the boxes though that show me where the transparency can be seen on the canvas, that is what the cool toned checkered background is, that is transparency.
