The data I created in Windows 10 and saved in CLIP STUDIO was all gone the next time I turned on my PC.
It wasn't even in the cloud or in the CLIP Studio Paint Data file.
Is this irrecoverable anymore?

For deleted files
You may be able to restore using restoration software.
There are free and paid restoration software.
If recovery is the highest priority,
Please turn off the power of the personal computer you are currently using.
Connect another computer to the storage
It is more likely that you will be able to recover if you perform recovery work.
