Clip Studio Paint not opening?

clip studio paint crashed on me and now it won't open. the clip studio popup itself works fine but the paint program now acts like it's going to open, bounces around, and then seems to force quit itself. i'm running on MacBook Pro that's been updated to Big Sur v 11.2.1. paint is updated, my tablet driver is updated. already tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting the computer in every way imaginable.
I saw in search results that this seems to have happened to a lot of people before but primarily on windows (and most 2+ years ago) and none of the proposed answers to the first three pages of search results online have worked. please i am so desperate. i lost the piece i was working on and now i can't even boot the program back up to restart
any help is much appreciated!

3 years agoI also use Big Sur 11.2.1 (MacBook Air by the way) and it works fine.
I don't know what kind of answer you referred to, but why don't you contact support once?
