Hello! I have a new computer and i want the program in it again but i can't find my serial number anymore. Can't find it in my emails....

3 years agoIf you lose your serial number, you can only consult official support. You may need proof of purchase, such as a payment record.

3 years agoYou may have deleted it from your emails. But you shouldn’t need to activate it again, because your account keeps it open like mine with a Mac Mini.
If that’s not the case, then unfortunately they can’t reissue the serial number and you may need to ask for a refund of the software. After the refund, rebuy the software and a new serial number will be issued.
I still have my serial number saved in my emails, I might even try to save it in my own section before deleting the rest of my emails.- English
