Whenever you add a layer, it will be created on top of the selected layer.
If there is another layer underneath, I may select that, but
If it is not in the folder, add it to the top and then move it.
However, frequent work can be quite time consuming.
Is it possible to have an additional layer created below the selected layer?
It's something I've been worried about for a long time.

3 years agoYou just create a raster layer under the layer you're currently selecting, right? (I'm sorry if it's interpreted differently)
The figure below shows the details of the action.
"To Back" is in Menu> Layers> Sort.
I forgot whether I made it that way at first, but in my case it's windows, so I'm assigning it to a shortcut.
