On MacOS10.11.6 (El Capitan)
When using Clip Studio Paint Pro (1.9.11, 1.10.6),
I can't work because the dog and finder are stuck together.

You can start the app just by not being able to scale the dog.
I can't select a menu such as printer output to pull down.
The viewfinder can also make the screen wider, but
You can move files, etc.

Even if you change the version of Clip Studio Paint Pro,
After a while, the finder became rigid and
Log out and log in to get back to normal.

Can you tell me if there is a solution?
Thank you for your professor.

I think it is an event that is difficult to grasp as a disorder caused only by Crysta.

You might think that it would be faster to back up the work files and the surroundings of the app and reinstall macOS.

There have been various troubles around the finder in the cloud synchronization system such as Google drive, but the causes and symptoms were really various, so if you want to pursue in detail, you should contact the manufacturer support.

    Thank you for your answer.
Crysta seems to be the only factor.
For example, even if you use Photoshop or illustrator for hours, the Finder will not crash, and even if you use the painter of the drawing app for hours, the Finder will not crash.

Curiously, only Crysta does this kind of badness.
There is no certainty that it will be fixed by reinstalling the OS, and since it is a Mac used at work, it will take time to install it ... (bitter smile)

First Aid, PRAM reset, SMC reset, boot in safe mode, create a new user and try logging in, etc.
I think it's a clean installation. (If you reinstall it anyway)
You don't want to reinstall it, do you? I understand….

Believing in the possibilities that can be done with a single Mac, I tried various things, but it didn't work (bitter smile)

    Clean installation ...
    It's a lot of work ...
Older versions of the CC series of Adobe products will no longer be supported by Adobe (bitter smile)
If I can run out of Adobe products, I can survive by reinstalling 💦 💦 💦

What if you could upgrade your OS to High Sierra?
On top of that, try updating CLIP STUDIO PAINT to the latest version.

You can contact support at CELSYS once.

Because the environment is MacPro early 2009
Since the final OS is 10.11.6 (El Capitan), there is a problem that it can not be updated any more, and even if I want to use Sierra, I can not do it.

I also tried using the latest version of the app version, but it was the same phenomenon.

And I asked the support person who taught me a question. I hope there is a solution ... 💦
    Thank you.
