I couldn't find anything like that in the help on Crystasoft or by googled directly on the net.
It doesn't seem to be so difficult in Photoshop, but I feel that Crysta can do it somehow.
What do you think?

Should I try to imitate it?
I think you can use a mask to remove areas that can be repeated.

    Thank you very much.
I couldn't get the image because I was a Crysta beginner who couldn't even "can" or "can't".
I think I'll try it just by knowing that I can do it.

    For example
You can load movies with CLIP STUDIO PAINT
Movies should not be in the animation folder
Movies in the animation folder will not play
Play the movie after loading it
Play the movie to find the one that does not move
If you like the image of that frame
Create one layer by selecting "Combine copies of display layers" from the "Layer" menu.
Make a hole in the part of the created layer you want to move
Place a layer with holes on top of the movie
The movie is played only where there is a hole in the layer
