Having an issue with CSP Assets since the new update

Since the new update the assets havent been loading in on my computer. I'm not sure if this is happening to anyone else but i've tried reinstalling CSP and resetting my computer but it hasn't seemed to fix the issue. Any further suggestions?

Also, is Internet Explorer 11 running CLIP STUDIO up to date, or have you tried deleting or resetting the cache?
First of all, is it a check around there?
