CLIP STUDIO- Asset Store wont open?

Ok so not sure if I just need to uninstall and reinstall everything (which I really just don't want to do) but the program is bugging out hard. The actual painting program portion of it is having no problem (other than transferring my brushes properly, more than half are broken.) but the other program you get all your assets from and such will not open on my screen at all. It appears on my taskbar as if the program were open but when I click to expand the window it will not come up on my screen at all. What the heck is going on exactly? I can't even remember facing so many issues at ounce with clipstudio before? It's updated to the latest version as well. And when I try to close it so I can reopen it the program will NOT close at all. I have to restart my computer entirely in order for it to close which is ridiculous.

Can you add screenshots of your workspace?
Close the program by using the Task Manager and ending the process.
Then try running the program as an administrator.
On the side note, you should back-up (transfer) your preferences and settings, so that in case you will need to reinstall ClipStudio, you will still be able to restore your brushes etc.
