Where is a missing vital tool? [Editing Individual Panels]

I just starting Clip Studio Paint to make comics, and a tool I heard of called 'Working with another frame border', or something like that. With it unticked, an individual panel can be edited without other panel frames affected. It's now gone and I'm stuck, unable to change panels without the rest changing size. Please help.

2 years agoIs it an operation to switch the interlocking with other frames?
First, select the frame folder on the layer palette → select the object tool on the tool palette → view the [Tool property] palette → select the operation in the [Link another frame frame] item.
If you don't see the tool property,
Click Window Menu → [Tool Property] to display it.
