Broken files that can’t be deleted

Okay so I have these broken thumbnails from files that got corrupted or moved a long time ago. Trying to delete it or browse files doesn’t do anything. There’s also one with no title or thumbnail that can’t even be clicked on. There’s FIVE of them now. Is there any other way that I can get rid of these?

You can safely delete "Not Found" in CLIP STUDIO.
The reason is that "Not Found" is displayed because the referenced "* .clip" file has been moved or deleted and the link has been broken.
(For now, I don't manage my work with CLIP STDUIO, so I deliberately created "Not Found" and deleted it.
For that reason, I have experienced that there is no problem even if it is deleted. )
I don't understand the strange thumbnail phenomenon because I have never experienced it.

But you've "deleted or browsed files", so in this case the first simple attempt I'll try is

    1. 1. After successfully quitting CLIP STUDIO PAINT, quit CLIP STUDIO normally and restart the device itself.
(Usually, please shut down the device after closing these apps)

    2. 2. Start CLIP STUDIO.
"Rebuild work label" and "Rebuild work database" in the maintenance menu of CLIP STUDIO.
    (Not CLIP STUDIO PAINT)

Try rebuilding a couple of times, and if there is no improvement,
    -Reinstall CLIP STUDIO PAINT
    Think about doing.
There are other things you can try depending on your environment, but I gave a simple answer given the first question and the image-only information.
I don't know if it can help you, but I'd be happy if it did.
