How can I reduce the range and print at full size?

The original size is A3 and the printer paper is A4.
I am planning to reduce the finish and print it in A4, but I want to divide the A3 document into two and output it vertically on two A4 sheets because I want to review it at the actual size. How can I set it? ??
It is Windows 10 with CLIP STUDIO PAINT PRO.
I searched for print settings, but I'm not sure.

For the printer, I searched for the detailed settings of the printer driver, but I couldn't find the corresponding one, so I'm in trouble.

I was able to convert it to JPEG, output it from other software, divide it into two parts, and print it out for viewing, but I had to reduce the dpi, so I felt like I wasn't really interested in it. not.
How can I print out directly from the software?

I feel that the questions and answers do not mesh with each other, but if the intention of the question is only an A4 printer, I just want to check the finish of the A3 manuscript by printing it in full size using two sheets of A4 paper. If it's just a thing, I think it's faster to do it primitively with brute force.

    And this

    > I would like to divide an A3 document into two and output two A4 sheets vertically.

Does that mean that the original manuscript is A3 horizontal? Do you want to divide it into two vertically and print it as two A4 vertical sheets?

For the time being, I will explain on that premise, but if the original manuscript is A3 vertical, please change the input contents as appropriate.

    -----------------------------
-Copy the file just in case. Open the copy.

-Execute "Menu bar> Edit> Change canvas size".

-Click any of the squares in the left line of "Reference point". Enter 21 (cm), which is half the dimension of the long side of A3, in "Width" and click "OK".

-Since this is only the left half, print it in A4 size in full size (actual size).

-Restore with undo, and print with only the right half in the same way this time.
    ----------------------------------
If you have multiple manuscripts, you can make a series of actions an auto action and enjoy it as much as possible.

Thank you! I was able to print.
I'm sorry to cause extra concern to everyone because the size was not common.

As you can imagine, the picture size is a horizontal A3 manuscript.
My home printer could only output A4, but I wondered if I could see it somehow and asked. I wanted to take a quick look at the actual size.
I was able to output it this way. Thank you very much.
