    1. Download CLIP STUDIO PAINT from the following page.

    Download - Clip Studio Paint
Download the latest version of Clip Studio Paint here. The instruction manual, additional materials, and sample data. are also available on this page.
    www.clipstudio.net

    2. Restart your PC.

    3. Physically disconnect from the network so that your PC is offline.
*Remove the LAN cable, turn off wireless LAN, etc.

    4. Use the security software to scan your PC and check that there are no security risks.

    5. If there are no risks, temporarily disable the security software.

    6. Uninstall the applications in the order of CLIP STUDIO PAINT, and then CLIP STUDIO.

    7. Restart your PC.

    8. If the security software is active after restarting your PC, temporarily disable it again.

    9. Reinstall CLIP STUDIO PAINT.

It is better to organize the questions in Ask well so that the questioner does not add additional information in the answer.
It is very likely that the additional information will be considered as an answer and will be dismissed without being answered because it will be out of the category of "unanswered questions".

It seems that some workarounds have already been implemented, but the FAQ has the cause of not starting yet and the workaround.
Please try the following actions in the FAQ "Uninstalling the pen tablet driver".

    https://support.clip-studio.com/en-us/faq/articles/20190134

If you have tried all of the FAQs and cannot solve the problem, it will be difficult to solve it unless you go to support because it is too much for the user community Ask.

Okii so, i tried deleting the driver i had for my tablet, still didnt work, i tried trouble shooting and testing it out if it works on either windows 8 or 7, didnt work either. I tried the 1.9 version, it kinda worked i guess- but not really, it didnt open, it just showed up that it was searching for a server and then it closed on me again. I'm a little tired of finding solutions and my friend that helped a lot is taking a nap now and without him im on a pickle since im a dummy. I was wondering if the whole problem has to do with this server thing, if someone knows please tell me cause I'm setting my ass on one place for now

If the OS you are using is Windows 10 (64bit), the operation is guaranteed with the latest version.
If it is 32bit of windows7, 8 and 10, it is not covered by the operation guarantee.
    https://support.clip-studio.com/en-us/faq/articles/20200047

It is said that the 1.9 version has also been tried, so it seems that the range that can be tried in general is properly done.
There is a limit to what you can grasp, so even if you say something carelessly and lose important data, you can not take responsibility ...

Therefore, in order to safely identify the cause, it may be necessary to have support verify the files in the folder.
    I am sorry that I can not be a help. m (_ _) m

I just got so frustrated cause I had some real good motivation for the very first time and it got crushed right in front of my own eyes. I guess a full reset might do the thing but I honestly don't want it, but I feel like at this point it really does need it despite how much I'll lose, I've been dealing with the pen tablet driver problem months ago and I might have to deal with it again but right now I'm just trying to suck it up and let go. You still helped me though, despite of it not working I still didn't thought of deleting the pen tablet driver, so thank you for reaching me out! I still appreciate it <3

babes, i have been having the same problem for months now. I have finally gotten it to work, however... I had to reset my entire pc. I would suggest this as a VERY LAST RESORT, but it did work, so if you were in my boat, that may be the only option. Make sure you have your login info and/or your CSP code! Good luck!!!

If you accept the risk of data loss and even do a clean install of windows
Before that, you may try to completely uninstall the Clip studio files using a commercially available complete uninstaller.
If you just uninstall Clipstudio, a lot of data will remain.
