I can't find a way to change it. I tried re-exporting with the 1280 resolution but that only makes the shorter side 720. Is there a way I can export it closer to 1920x1080? I didn't see a menu option to go any higher! Really need help to make this into a youtube speedpaint, thank you!

2 years agoI agree with 茜音 comment , 600dpi is not needed for videos, in fact more than 72 dpi is useless and redundant.
Use high dpi when printing, otherwise (for web) use 72dpi, there will be no visible difference in quality.
I don't think you can change timelapse parameters in CSP.
If you want to record the whole process ( with custom resolution and setup) you can use your gpu's recording software
or use something like OBS (free) to record the process.- English

2 years agoI have it set to 600 dpi in case the artwork needs to be printed very large, like for fabric designs in some cases.
Either way I am told to set to 300 dpi for any other printing purposes
But why is the video resolution so low? Does the dpi affect the video resolution? Can the resolution be made higher?- English

2 years agoI wanted to give the option for the customer to print it at a large size if they wanted so that is why it is created at 600 dpi.
I normally export a low dpi version for web
That is sad to hear. I wish I had known that earlier because I have set clip studio recording to many other paintings already that are now all low resolution.
I will make sure to use OBS from now on, but it is annoying because I like the program that can record strokes, not need to compile different recording sessions together.
Procreate's timelapse feature can work at a high resolution, so this is very frustrating that clip studio cannot.- English
