Colors not matching between CSP and Preview app (same screen)

Hi everyone,

I'm having a really weird issue: I received some photos which appear a little grey in Apple's Preview app and on other devices, so I wanted to adjust the colors slightly on CSP. But when I opened them in CSP, the images suddenly look exactly how I'd like them to be. I tried exporting the images as they were to see if they'd have the adjusted colors, but those exports appear exactly as the originals do.

Here is a screenshot showing the unedited photo opened in preview vs the unedited photo opened in CSP.

What can I do to fix this issue? CSP is clearly automatically correcting the colors or showing a different color scheme to the actual file.

Images that do not contain a color profile are displayed in sRGB on Apple devices and apps.
Images that do not include a color profile will not be displayed in sRGB in CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
(It is displayed in the same state as the color profile of the monitor is specified.)

To match the colors, specify sRGB in the profile preview.
(Alternatively, you can embed another profile and save it in JPEG format.)
