Need help with layer mask folder!!!!

i had to resize the head so i clicked the layer mask folder ive created and with the help of selection pen i selected then resized the head. i want to now fill in the newly created empty spaces. but apparently the newly created blank area is not a part of layer selection as you can see on the picture. how can i bring it back to selected area so i could colour and shade it. please i need help asap!!!

2 years agoSelect a mask in the layer palette. Drawing is not possible until the mask is selected.
