Old works saved on cloud not visible

I used the "make a new work on cloud" feature multiple times before, but now I notice that I can't access the window that let me view the works supposedly saved on cloud, making me unable to access those works. When I open the Clip Studio Window and the "Manage Works" Tab, there's nothing in it... All I know is that I never actually accessed the cloud window "Manage Works" tab until now, and the window I remember seeing to access my cloud works was different from the cloud works window. What could the problem be?

    I only use 1 account. I remember the "create new work in cloud" button was in the "File" Tool, near the "Save File(S) Ctrl+S" Feature. It could have been below the "New Work(N) Ctrl+N" Feature
