I get that I don't have a plan and if I do

Some time ago I bought the program, it is supposed that I have it activated and everything in order because it lets me use it, but when I get into my licenses it comes out that I don't have any activated. Would you know a way to solve this?

2 years agoOne thing is the permanent license (serial number)
And another is the activation code (monthly or annual use plan)
