I am writing to enquire that I have been away from a week and on my return I have found my Clip Art Studio is now stating that the "Valid term of license has expired. Thank you for choosing our product." Which will then send me to a tab asking if I want to "Obtain a different serial number" or to start the device with limited functionality.
For context I acquired Clip Art Studio as part of a deal when I purchased my WACOM Intuos around 2 years ago where I got 2 free drawing programs. This deal said the program would be free and I am unaware of anywhere where it said their would be a expiry date, nor do I think there was one.
Up until today the monthly license always re-confirmed, and it was working as early as Sunday 3rd of October (the last time I used it). I have a feeling I may have missed a update or there may be a glitch as there the website stated there would be a big update on the 11th. I am just very confused as I have no idea why my license would expire today of all days, as I did not purchase the as I got it in a free package. Nor what level my package was.
I understand this is a big question
Can you please help me?

2 years agoSeveral of the licenses that Wacom gives away are temporary, there are also permanent ones, depending on the product purchased.
I recommend you to see the specifications of your tablet and verify which license Wacom gave you, trial or permanent.
If still in doubt, contact technical support. Luck
