Digital pen not working

I have a digital pen I bought off instagram that works with my screen, but is not specifically used for just my computer, it is universal. My studio thinks it is my finger and only moves the canvas when I try to draw. How do I get my studio to stop moving the canvas and let me draw?

I only know that the question is in windows, there is no other information that seems to be information. There is no answer to such questions.
Are you using a windows tablet device such as surface?
Is it a pen tablet or an LCD tablet? If so, do you think that the model name etc. will be transmitted to the other party even if you do not write it?

If you are drawing with a capacitive pen on a tablet device, turn off the tablet mode from the action center on the right end of the taskbar.
After that, I think that you will be able to draw by using File → Preferences → Touch Gesture, and tools with your finger.

There are many reasons for using a pen tablet, so I think it would be better to describe the situation in a little more detail.
From the setting screen of the pen tablet, use the button to cut the assignment of the canvas movement system, and use the modifier key setting on the Clip studio side to remove the assignment of the palm.
There are several possible solutions, such as reinstalling the driver, but I can't answer because I don't know the situation.

For the time being, I will post a link to the answer to a similar example in the past on a pen tablet. Please use the translation function of your browser as it is only in Japanese.
