1. I wonder if it is possible to fix only some parts of the 3d model.
For example, if you move your upper body or lower body up and down in a push-up position, you only need to move the upper and lower body to the legs.
Hands and feet rotate clockwise. Is there a way to immobilize the hands and feet?
I tried that because I can fix the 'joint' with a right mouse click, but it still works
2. Can two 3d models be superimposed on one screen?
After extracting the 2 3d models, select each 3d model and the rest of the models will go out behind the selected model screen.
For example, if you hold hands, it is not shown as holding hands, only the hand of the selected model is shown, and the hands of the other models are completely hidden.

You can lock the joints
The answer may not be helpful as it says that the question also works.
If an orange square is displayed when you select the part you want to fix
Right click
The joint will be locked when the blue square overlaps the orange square.

What you call a 3D model is a pose material
It's just pose data
Please prepare multiple 3D drawing figures on the canvas.
Drag and drop the pose material into one of the multiple 3D drawing figures.
or
The first 3D drawing figure will be displayed when you drag and drop the first pose material onto the canvas.
Next, drag and drop the second body near the feet of the first body.
