i have been using csp for the first time. i have 3 monitors, 1 is my cintiq. my program opens there by default but for some reason whenever i go to window > [one of the options], the windows arent showing up anywhere. i had this issue earlier and i held Shift on opening the program and reset the window orientation (or something like that?) and it fixed it for a bit but now its happening again....

any idea what is happening? the windows are not appearing on any of my 3 monitors. its just nowhere. i cannot view things like tool details settings and such.

↑ This is how to use dual display,
It seems that it can be applied by setting such as mapping.

In terms of settings, it seems that the way of copying to multiple monitors does not change even with an LCD tablet.
Extended (each can display a separate screen) or
There is a difference in mirroring (the same screen can be duplicated and displayed).

If you want to use it in "Expand the display screen"
Make the "Scale and layout" settings the same. Therefore, you may want to check this setting.

    If extended,
I think it is necessary to move the application window to the screen side you want to capture by dragging and dropping.

as far as i can understand from the posts, it has to do with the display settings for my multi-monitor set up? everything about my setup matches. i have extended display turned on. also about "scale and layout", they all are fitting to each other too and are the same. so i do not know how to solve my problem with this information, sorry.

The scaling and layout are the same, so there is no problem.
It seems that the initialization of "window position" has already been tried, but the symptom does not improve.
I think it is better to consult with official support directly.
