Cursor flickering and cutting out when moving

I just bought CSP and immediately ran into the issue of not being able to see where I'm putting down lines. Every time I move my pen in a circle the cursor straight up disappears. I've tried changing performance settings and I've tried messing with the cursor. I've pretty much done everything I could look up. Is there anything else I can try before I refund the program?
