My interface size keeps resestting everytime I open the program.

This bug fixes itself when I change my interface size settings to small and back to standard again. When I reopen the program however it's suddenly way too huge again but it still shows up as standard sized in the preference settings. This whole thing is honestly annoying me so much and I've tried everything I can think of so I hope you guys can help me here.
