Doesn't the app itself have a background like Photoshop?

Hello! I need help.
I've only used Photoshop for a long time, so it's hard to get used to Clip Studio. Is there any way to improve the following issues?

1. When using Clip Studio on the LCD tablet and moving the cursor to the main display (as in the attached photo), the tool window disappears and only the canvas remains. I want the toolbox to remain the same when I move the cursor to another display. Any solution?
2. Photoshop has a background, so it's easy to place when you open a new canvas. The canvas window is resized to fit the placement of the tool windows fixed on both sides, and so on. However, in Clip Studio, the canvas window does not fit automatically whenever the tool window is hidden or brought up. As a result, the canvas window went down to the bottom of the tool window, and the magnification ratio or scroll bar on the edge of the canvas window was easily obscured by the tool window. This is the most inconvenient. Is there any setting to automatically adjust the canvas window?

The questions are these two. Thanks for reading.
