For windows, under the CELSYS folder of the document
Backup data may remain in \ CLIPStudioPaintData.

If you do not have a backup and want to get it back, please follow the FAQ link below and submit a repair request.
    https://support.clip-studio.com/es-es/faq/articles/20190130

In many cases file corruption is saved directly to external hard drive or USB stick
In many cases, the application is closed without waiting for the file to be saved.
If you have not set the backup, go to File → Preferences → File for the next time and later.
Let's set "Enable canvas restoration" to automatically back up every hour.

If your environment is a notebook PC and you select save and close the notebook lid immediately, I think this is a phenomenon that occurs when saving is not complete.
Saving is effective as a backup if you save it frequently not only at the end of the operation but also in the middle of the operation under any environment.

    Open CLIP STUDIO.
Click on the settings icon (gear-shaped icon) at the top right,
Maintenance menu > Open the folder with the CLIP STUDIO PAINT backup
Here try to find your file in the folders shown.
If your located file continues to have problems, you should contact technical support to help you repair it.
    Good luck
