Timeline scrolls instead of drags [asking for help]

Hello I recently started using ClipStudioPaint on iPad Pro.
But unfortunately, every time when I drag on the timeline it only scrolls it, instead of any other function such as changing the frames. I can only change which frame is displayed via button and clicking, which is very uncomfortable.
First gif is me on my iPad.
Second gif is from my computer, what I want to do.
Is there any way to manipulate the timeline like on desktop PC? Thank you.
