CSP installer not working?

Everytime I run the installer nothing pops up at all. Run as administrator also doesn't do anything beyond the pop up of allowing changes. I'm on Windows 11 if that means anything. I'm confused and at a loss because I bought the license yesterday and nothing I've tried so far is working.

Isn't the installer downloaded incomplete?
Restart your PC
Please re-download the latest version of the installer and reinstall it again.
