I want to transfer the material from the laptop to the new computer I bought.. I keep getting an error.

We also rebuilt the material.
I backed up the cloud to my laptop and then updated my computer.
Also, even if I move the material document from the laptop to the computer and then rebuild the material, I can't get it anymore.

1 year agoIf you are using Windows PCs, you can copy the whole thing to an external hard disk or flash memory and move it.
