I drew a manga, pressed Save, closed Crysta, and opened it to draw again, but it wasn't saved.
I thought that I pressed it in a different place instead of the save button, but usually the page that I always try to close without saving is not saved, isn't it? It didn't come out ...

If it cannot be saved due to a problem
If it is saved in a folder other than the original save location for some reason
I wondered if there was.
In case of a problem, we can only report it to support, but if there is a timing when the automatic save or the save button is pressed by yourself, there is a possibility that a backup remains.
Please check here to see if any data is left in the backup.
