Pointillism • How to scatter white

Is there a quick and beautiful way to finely scatter white on solids, tones, and line drawings (pointillism)?
Since the image is filled with a pen on the tone line drawing one by one with a pen, it takes a lot of time, and I want to do finer pointillism than this, so if you know how to do it, please I would appreciate it if you could teach me ... 💦 💦 Thank you.

If you set the property of the layer you want to draw stippling to gray, turn on the tone button, and set the mesh setting to noise.
It feels like a pseudo dither composition and looks like a pointillism corresponding to the shade of gray.
I think it's a good idea to adjust the size of the noise by trying it around the decorations such as the Hawamaru and the stars.
If you set the noise coefficient to a large value, it will look like a pseudo drawing, which is a good feeling.

If you set the layer color to white, you can put white on it with black ink.
Turning off color and tone makes it easier to see and a little more convenient.

Thank you for your prompt response ...! !! !! All of them were convenient and good, but I personally think that it was the method I would most likely use from now on, so I would like to make it the best answer, thank you ... 🙇🙇🙇! !!
