Only the starting point is drawn and the line cannot be drawn

As per the title and attached image. Only the starting point is drawn when using tools such as pen and eraser. In some cases, it can be drawn normally, and it may or may not be possible.

We connect iPad to MacBook by wire and use in Sidecar instead of liquid tab. I am drawing with Apple Pencil. The years of use are all 2 years and both Mac and iPad are the latest versions.

It is happening only on Crista's canvas, and you can select and drag on layers and sub tools without any problems. Drawing with the mouse is possible without interruption.
The cursor is still displayed along the stroke when stopping at the starting point.
The response is the same for default pens and downloaded pens.

There are no cracks on the screen of the iPad, and I can draw without problems with other company's illustration apps installed on the iPad. The same phenomenon did not occur on the site where you can draw pictures with the browser while Sidecar is connected.


It suddenly happened a few months ago, and I've looked into it and tried various improvements, but it doesn't improve at all. I used to use tools other than Crysta, but Crysta is easy to use and there are many things in the process of production. I would appreciate it if you could help me. Thank you very much.

    When I checked the version of Christa at the information input stage of the inquiry, I noticed that it was not updated to the latest version.
    I tried to download from Clip studio, but although the download was displayed, when I checked the version after it was completed, it was still the old version and had not been updated. When I downloaded from the official site, the latest version was downloaded and the symptoms were improved.

    If you have the same problem, please check and update the version. It may not work from Clip studio.
