Unable to purchase update, skips payment screen and goes straight to serial number, unable to figure out how to fix it.

It seems like we're on the same exact boat when it comes to this issue. I have also been locked out from being able to try to upgrade my perpetual license again (first time, my card got declined from the payment). Like you, it takes me to the serial page and tells me that I can't use my serial number again as it has been used for the special offer (spite that I never paid for it in the first place).
I have sent my issue with the support about it, and slowly trying to get things worked out. I have went from clearing my cache to changing browsers in hopes to find a solution. No solution yet.
You can try to send a support e-mail about it, but do be aware that it's taking them some time to respond. I have been contacting them through e-mail since Tuesday of this week.- English

1 year agoI'm also in the same situation, at the first attempt of checking out my card was declined, but as soon as I went for my 2nd attempt it redirects me to the serial number page and told me that I have already used the serial number on a "special offer". I have tried finding a solution for it and I still end up on the same page.
