When creating a cut border, can I change the cut creation order?

When splitting a cut border vertically, layers are created in the order from right to left according to the reading direction of Japanese manga (please refer to the attached image).
It's inconvenient to change the layer order every time, so I want to change the creation order from left to right, but I'm wondering if there is a way.
