Annual Plan deactivation and activation

So I seem to have used my deactivation and activation up. I just wanted to know if this is rested ever month or couple of months because I would like to activate Clip studio back onto my laptop. It on my iPad now.

    If you have a Single Device Plan, that is intended for 1 device ONLY. There is room for a replacement or upgrade, but you cannot constantly go back and forth between multiple devices with a Single Device Plan. If you intend to use more than one device regularly, change to a Dual (or Premium) Device Plan, or buy a One Time Purchase/Perpetual license for your laptop.
