Is there a way to rotate the transform bounding box? (i.e. is there a way to scale a layer at an angle other than horizontal/vertical?)

Let's say I've drawn a box, at an angle, as below. I want to extend the box in the direction of the arrow (i.e. make the box wider in ONLY on the axis indicated by the arrow below). Is there a way to do this? Or must I transform (rotate) the box to be square with the canvas, then confirm it, then transform (scale) the box to make it wider, then transform (unrotate) it back to the right angle?

In Procreate, you can change the angle of the bounding box when transforming by using the yellow rotation handle. Is there no way to do this in CSP?

Unfortunately, the only way to do this is to draw it horizontally and vertically in advance and rotate it, or use free transformation or mesh transformation instead.
