How to open multiple images as layers in one file

When I open multiple images, they are divided into multiple files. Is there a way to open them as multiple layers on a single work canvas?

How about opening it with [File]-[Import]-[Image] and rasterizing it as necessary?
(You can import multiple files at once and rasterize the imported layers all at once.)
