CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX Ver.3.0 serial number

I have purchased CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX Ver.3.0.

I would like to use PaintMan, but I haven't received the serial number by email, so I can't use it.

I received the purchase email after purchasing.

Is it possible that the serial number email doesn't arrive in the first place?

In addition to CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX Ver.3.0, I have also been using CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX monthly, but I only received the contract email and haven't received the serial number email.

I would like to know if there is a way to check this other than by email.

Thank you in advance.

PAINTMAN is one of the features of RETAS Studio.

You will not receive a serial number or activation code for the monthly plan.

I think there are a lot of misunderstandings. PaintMan (RETAS STUDIO) and CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX are different software.
Do you mean that you want to use the animation function of CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX, not PaintMan?
The serial number is for Ver.1, so it is irrelevant. Ver.3 uses the activation code.
Does the "I am purchasing CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX Ver.3.0" written on the first line mean the Windows one-time payment version?
If so, it should have arrived at the registered email address. Check all folders such as spam and promotions.
The activation code will not be sent by email for the monthly version.
All you have to do is log in to CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX with the account you have a monthly contract with and activate the license (Help → Check/Change License in the top menu).

PaintMan is a RETAS STUDIO product, so I don't think it has anything to do with CLIP STUDIO PAINT, and when you purchase a CLIP STUDIO PAINT Ver.3.0.x license, you are notified of the activation code (if you purchase it as a one-time purchase) instead of the serial number. If you purchase a monthly plan, neither the activation code nor the serial number is relevant.

"PaintMan (RETAS STUDIO) and Clip Studio Paint are different software." Does that mean I can't use PaintMan unless I purchase RETAS STUDIO?

    That's correct.

    >Does this mean that I can't use PaintMan unless I purchase RETAS STUDIO?
    Yes, that's right.
    >Does this mean it won't work after reading this?
You purchased version 2.0 or later, so it doesn't matter.
Here is the FAQ on how to start version 3.

If you purchase RETAS STUDIO from here, you will receive a 30-digit serial number.
    https://www.clip-studio.com/clip_site/tool/items/rs_d_plan

The value version system is still available, so if you want to use PaintMan temporarily, you can use it for 500 yen per month instead of the full price (permanent version).
Once you pay off the value version, it will become a permanent version. https://www.clip-studio.com/clip_site/help/balloon/no/27042

I think the people asking questions about "PaintMan" at this time of year are students at some vocational school.

Unless you're going to work in the finishing department of animation production after graduation, I think it's a waste to buy RETAS STUDIO as an individual.

Compliance is strict these days, so you're probably restricted from taking work home, so you can only use it for hobby purposes.
