Trying to find clip studio modeler

I can't find modeler. it used to be on the home page. It's gone now. maybe it went away after the 3.0 update.
It's still there somewhere as I just downloaded it. and when I was installing it the installer automatically read it as a repair . So it found the existing installation on my system and "repaired" it. But I still don't see it on the clip studio home page. Looking at the windows menu it is not in the clip studio folder and it's not anywhere else on the windows menu.
