I'd love to know how to draw someone floating underwater 😢!

I'm currently drawing a picture with a jellyfish theme called "Utakata Kuragehime", but I don't really know how to draw the fluffy clothes and hair that appear when floating in the sea 😢. I don't even know how to draw the clothes, so I only have the design on the bottom left, (っ◞‸◟c)💦
Also, I'm a beginner at illustration, so I'm not good at drawing hands and feet, and I'm not sure how to express the ephemerality and cuteness that makes it look like it might disappear at any moment (ง°̀ロ°́)ง! I'd be extremely happy if you could give me some advice or corrections like you've corrected my work! I'll also follow you!

It's wonderful! I think the dress is cute too. It's difficult because of the movement, but it's a wonderful pose.
First of all, I think the process of drawing from the base body (naked) is wonderful.
I drew it roughly, although there may be some mistakes, based on the outline of the original picture and the position of the ears.
The arms and legs may be a little slender compared to the atmosphere of the face.

    ■ To create a sense of floating in the water, I thought it would look more like it if I relaxed the body.
・Do not squeeze the armpits or elbows
・Relax the hands and fingers (when people are naturally relaxed, their hands become like they are lightly holding an egg)
・It's a small detail, but the movement of the hands, feet and fingertips can greatly express the tension, so I recommend observing carefully.
■Add large movement to the hair
・It's not just hair, but it's very difficult to draw with large movement from the beginning, so
Add more movement to what you first drew, add more movement, and make it even more movement...
Redraw it several times to break through your limits and you will be able to create a shape with large movement.
・Draw hair strands so that both sides are visible and add movement.
The fineness of the hair strands will vary depending on the design, but it's easier to draw them if you imagine a ribbon.

・In my drawing, they are quite large, but if the princess is a jellyfish,
I think you can create a wonderful floating feeling underwater by expressing the hair movement more delicately, like the legs of a jellyfish.

    ■Other
    【Jellyfish】
・If you arrange them in different sizes, large, medium, and small, the screen will not be flat and it will be well-balanced.
・Since it is underwater, you can create more movement by drawing them so that they can be seen from above and below.
It is easier to draw from various angles if you imagine a dome made up of a combination of ellipses.
    【Body】
・This is a difficult pose to see, so first draw lines and dots on a box to see the balance and movement, as in the second picture, left to right,
and then draw a simplified body with shapes such as a cylinder or sphere, which will make the various poses and shading less complicated.
I didn't draw it this time, but if you want to draw a bare body (naked), that would be the next step.

    I hope this helps.
