Clip Studio Paint does not run, so even though I deleted and reinstalled the program and secured enough disk space in the C drive, it still does not open. When you click Clip Studio Paint, a window appears and then suddenly disappears. I am currently using version 1.13.2. Is this a problem caused by not updating? This is an urgent situation because I have to work on my desktop. Thank you for your reply.

9 days agoIf you try all the FAQs in order and nothing works, please write to the manufacturer's support and say "I tried all the FAQs below but the situation did not improve."

9 days agoCan't you start it from CLIPStudioPaint.exe in the Windows Program Files folder?

If the update failed, it may be because the installer download was incomplete, so please re-download it.

If you are in a hurry and need to get it up and running, why not give up on transferring your settings and brushes and delete the folder containing the settings folder as instructed in the FAQ below, and then reinstall it?

If you haven't made a backup but want to keep the settings,
it's better to give up on trying to get it back to a bootable state and contact support and wait for a response.
