13 days agoHi! I did a search and think you are having a problem that others had around three years ago.
One of the responses (by 恵方満貫) say that you may have a corrupted file and offer ways you can try to fix it!

12 days agoIt's not a translation problem, but the question does not contain the necessary information, so I don't understand what you're saying.
> I have the updated version and paid the full price for the program.
Writing like this doesn't accurately convey the situation to others. If you want to convey the situation to the other person without any misunderstandings,
you should write in a way that leaves little room for interpretation, such as "I purchased the one-time purchase version 2.0, signed up for an update plan, or purchased a preferential update, and am now using the latest version 3.0.2."
Otherwise, in order to understand the other person's situation, you have to ask long, vague questions, and
the answerer doesn't want to get involved because it's a hassle to communicate.
> I can't even create a file now. Nothing happens when I click the OK button.
This is also unclear. If you can't put it into words, try to find a way to do it, such as attaching a screenshot.- Japanese
