i cannot select favourite in clip studio after the upgrade to 3.0

When I was using the 2.06 version was all ok. Now the clip open in a browser with the version 3.02. And i cannot download the assets in the app and I cannot add anything as favourite. (the little blue heart on the bottom of the assets) why? All is greyed out. What am I doing wrong? Is something new on setting I don't know about? I disinstalled so many times I had to go back to version 2.06 as I can see at least the app in his original page , not in browser. And in version 2.06 i can still be able to download assets even if i cannot move them from folder to folder. In version 3.02 the assets downloaded disappearing. When i bought the version 3.0 was all ok. Now all is strange.

    There is no thumbnail in the square to the left of the arrow.
    Does this mean that you have not selected a material?
    Please check the ♡ after selecting a material in the material palette.

    CLIP STUDIO START > Maintenance menu > Rebuild material database

    Do you mean the image below?
    The interface looks thick in the screenshot in the question, so have you changed it in the preferences?
    File menu > Preferences > Interface > ☑ "Adjust interface for touch"
    Is it checked?
    If so, uncheck it and try restarting CLIP STUDIO PAINT.

    I will try as soon as my clip studio open. At the moment looks like I have also problem to open the second part of the clip. I installed again and again but the problem remain. Thank you very much for your help. Seems like there is a bigger problem problem on my very PC.

    I am trying to understand why this all happening to me since I upgraded (buying) the version 3.0 to 3.02. I uninstalled again, downgraded, Upgraded again but still I cannot resolve the situation. Maybe my english is not good enough. Can someone explain what that pop up message means? I wanted to try the solution posted by Usabi san but now this...

    Usabi San, I did what you suggested and i found a solution! i follow from that article another article that said to remove a certain tool setting journal from the document - celcys - Now I would love to find where was... I will find it! That solved the problem. I didnt had to stop my defender. so I hope I can carry on drawing if not I will have to contact the support or change device.
